Anita Briem is an Icelandic actor from Iceland . She is famous for her character of Jane Seymour , the young woman who was to become Queen Elizabeth III's third spouse Henry VIII in the series of television The Tudors and for her role in the role of Hannah in the film Journey to the Center of the Earth ( 2008 ) . Briem began her acting career as a child in the National Theater in Iceland. She was a child actor in Iceland, participating in the stage and on television. Briem at the age of 16 relocated to London and took part in her first production, Lenin In Love at the New End Theater. Briem went to the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art for 3 years and earned the diploma of acting.
